Prices per million tokens
Aditya API calls use pay-as-you-go billing, including during beta. The rates below match GET https://api.adityalab.in/v1/pricing, checked on 6 October 2026, for aditya-latest and aditya-stage-r-v12. The endpoint is the current price-list authority.

Prepaid API billing
Charges are deducted from your balance in real time. One credit equals ₹1. Each call is rounded to the nearest paisa with a ₹0.01 minimum. Monitor GET /v1/credits/balance using your API key and top up in the developer platform before the balance runs out.
Account and per-key monthly budgets are enforced in beta. An exhausted balance returns 402 insufficient_credits; an exhausted monthly budget returns 429 budget_exceeded or key_budget_exceeded.
Chat and API are billed differently
The chat app remains free during beta. Paid chat plans are coming soon; credit packs remain on sale for the API. A chat plan's five-hour usage allowance does not cap or fund API-key calls.
